A few steps from being great

This is for me a fundamental app for managing files on my iPad. I would mainly need three additional features:
- uploading to Dropbox when no network is available (i.e. queuing until network is OK);
- keeping the creation/modification time (hh:mm) of a file older than 1day, not only the day;
- allowing the text editor to open files with generic extension.
