Best file manager app

I use this app often for PDFs to fill out my expense reports to be reimbursed at work. I scan my receipts using Scanner Pro, then I import them to Documents and combine them since I have the PDF Expert features unlocked for owning that app as well. I also love the download manager in the built-in web browser.

The app freezes and crashes often, so thats why Im giving it 4/5 stars.
