Best Documents File Folder Manager App for the IPhone

Im a Samsung user, that was until a recent broken digitizer, from an accident at my workplace, forced me to get a phone asap and the iPhone 5s is what Im using now. This App is the best thing ever, for the iPhone, and it works beyond the iPhones limitations, to provide users with a simple and effective way to access stored files and manage them, without the need for being forced to use the iCloud or costly istores. It feels as if Im using a Samsung galaxy phone, with easy file access and storage options, but with the look of an iPhone. Its taking a while for me to get used to the iPhones interface and frustrating limitations and restrictions, that arent present on Samsung galaxy phones because Samsung phones are more like easy to use computers, but Im beginning to like the switch because of helpful apps like this.
