I am really disappointed with the service i have recently received from Readdle! There have been 2 updates in the last few months that have created SUBSTANTIAL PROBLEMS in my business with regard to LOST FILES and the system simply malfunctioning where I am mid processing of documents and I am shut down and kicked out of the program!!! Starting all over multiple times. And so far today have not been able to complete the task!!!
I have become 100% dependant on PDF Expert and now Documents and i feel crippled by the updates that have been forced upon us. Prior to the updates I would not have hesitated to grant a 6 star rating. Lost accounting files have crippled my business. If Readdle cant fix these problems I will have to determine a new way to conduct my business.
