Updates are slowly the app down majorly

I love this app a lot! Its very useful to me. However, the last few updates have made it painfully slow. A slow device or app is a huge pet peeve of mine so when it takes forever for me to simply press a button only to get absolutely no response is very frustrating to me. Please fix this!!
