Documents: File Manager & Docs App Reviews

They have destroyed the functionality to allow downloads from the Browser. App is now useless for that purpose. Move along to an alternative.

This is one of the programs I use everyday. Its a very well made app, always reliable.

Never thought it would be this cool

Use daily, organizes all my notes and documents into one nice app. Great for reading and editing PDFs and pretty much anything else you need to do with PDFs in general.

I own GoodReader, iStorage HD... Documents is my favorite. It doesnt have every feature of GoodReader, but it works perfectly for me. Love the browser. Dont ask any more questions, just buy it.

This is a great app all around. However, I have had pretty consistent issues with two-way syncing with Dropbox not working and running into error messages saying I do not have space on my phone when I VERY clearly do. At this point, I cant use two-way sync on my phone because of this issue, making the app useless to me.

I would say this is probably the best "finder" app on the App Store. I dont use it a lot but when I do, it comes in handy. Very clean interface like all of Readdles apps. Love this company. Will support them in their new ventures!

Documents 5 was the best App for file management and it has gotten even better. The ability to drag and drop files between the Readdle Apps and the new browser are awesome new features. Kudos to the who Readdle Team.

Now that I updated to this new Documents 6, I wish I hadnt. The reason I purchased this app in the first place was it showed proportional thumbnails. They showed more information then these stupid square things. I could look at a group of thumbnails and easily find the image or images I was looking for. With these square things I usually have to open them up to see the bigger picture. A waste of time. I wish there was a way I could undo my mistake and go back to the previous version.

I love this app and use it daily.

I love this app because I can use it on my phone and work with the cloud for business and personal uses all day!! No glitches and I love it!!!!

If you, like me, see a big circle with a plus sign always covering part of the document list as a really annoying design choice and functional downgrade, stick with Documents 5 until they fix it.

The new update is excellent, everything works as it supposed to. Apple should literally purchase this and make it the new Finder on iOS. One of the most underrated things in the new update for Documents 6 is the ability to stream audio and speed up the playback speed. I listen to lectures and this is a huge benefit. Overall, excellent work on the update, making an excellent app even better!

After the new update to D6，the app crash and dont even allow me to open and I LOSE all my files in the app？？help！！

Beautiful design and very functional. Its a joy to use and I havent seen another viewer that compares with it. Especially for the price.
